Wilson Li (Senior Accountant)
Hi I’m Wilson. I grew up in a small city close to Hong Kong where I learnt to speak fluent Mandarin and Cantonese. I came to Australia in 2007 for study and completed my Bachelor Degree at Griffith University in July 2010. As I really like the lifestyle and living pace in Australia, I decided to migrate and live here permanently. It took me a year to complete the migration programme and skill migration training as an accountant. Finally I started working as a bookkeeper for a small Optometrist in Feb 2011. As my industry knowledge developed, I changed roles several times to continue expanding my expertise as an accountant. After three years working as an accountant in a commercial environment, I then moved to public practice in 2014 because I found myself craving to learn more about different types of industries. My typical clients consist of steel manufacturers, real estate agencies, property developers, building and construction companies, legal firms, financial advisors, engineers, electricians, plumbers and other property maintenance businesses.
I also completed my CPA Professional program in December 2016 and am in the progress of completing my qualification to become a Chartered Tax Advisor.
