Thank you for a great year!
It’s hard to believe that 2021 is almost done and dusted!
On behalf of the Partners and the team at Advivo, we would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your business and support throughout the year. We hope you are able to rest and ‘re-charge the batteries’ over the break, and we wish you a great festive season. We also sincerely hope that 2022 is a prosperous and fulfilling year for you, your families and your business. With the New Year fast approaching, we look at helping you to future-proof your business and finances with two articles focused on superannuation. The first provides general advice and addresses some common questions we are asked about self-managed super funds (SMSF), and the second one looks at the potential challenges associated with the new stapling of superannuation. Part of the way Advivo strives to help our clients is by sharing any useful tips and tricks we come across. That’s why we have included an article featuring some great money-saving tips recommended by two of our clients so you can take advantage of these great features in your business as well. To finish off this month’s newsletter, we explore how your business may be impacted by the state borders re-opening next week on December 13, and what your responsibilities are as a business owner. Please note that our office will be closing over the Christmas period commencing from Friday 24th December 2021 and will re-open Monday 9th January 2022. If you have any urgent matters, please contact us before this time. We look forward to working with you in 2022 and continue taking your business to the next level!Sincerely, Leon Stephan Managing Partner

Advivo's Charity of the Month!
Advivo’s commitment to the community includes our monthly charitable donation! The Brisbane Basket Brigade was our Charity of the Month recipient for November 2021.
BBB is a non-profit organisation that works with other local organisations to deliver food and gifts to disadvantaged families and the homeless during the Christmas season each year. Hundreds of volunteers assist with this effort, helping to buy food, wrap gifts, pack baskets and deliver these baskets to nominated families throughout Brisbane. You can read more about BBB here.
Don’t forget, if you would like us to include a charity of your choice just drop us a line at info@advivo.com.au
The Children's Hospital Foundation Toy Drive
Each year, the Advivo team also donates Christmas gifts to the Royal Children’s Hospital. This helps make a difference to the spirit and morale of children and families who are spending the festive season in hospital by providing them with a sense of normality and fun.
