Get Ahead in Q3 with these Savings Tips
The free business planning template that we made available, was very popular in the January newsletter, I hope the template provides you with direction and clarity for your future business endeavours. If you would like assistance in building this out to a full Business Plan, please get in touch. And, if you haven’t downloaded it already, you can do so here. I would also like to take the time to say thank you to Troy Williamson from The Brokerage, Jane Toohey from Outsource2Us, and David Reid from Business360, who all contributed to the 2023 business landscape blog from last month. We have quite a few blogs to share with you this month. Advivo’s, Chris Morris, talks about common business inefficiencies and how to avoid them. David Reid from Business360 then weighs up the pros and cons of 4-day work weeks and things to consider when implementing them. We also revisit some of the strategies you can use to reduce your Fringe Benefits Tax (FBT). There is a lot to read through, as now is the greatest time to lay a foundation for the rest of the working year. Forward planning will help you stay on track and tick off goals much more efficiently. Advivo is always here to assist you with anything you need help with, or things you might not have even considered. Our experienced and professional team are focused on taking your business to the next level in 2023!
Kind Regards,
Leon Stephan Partner
How to Save Time & Money for your Business
Date: Tuesday 21st March
Time: 1 – 2 pm Location: Online via ZoomEveryone has heard the sentence “Cash is King!” Sadly, good businesses only too often go out of business due to the lack of working capital, the cash needed to make the wheels turn. Sometimes the reasons for failure are more complex, such as lacking the capital to innovate and expand the business, giving competitors an advantage and allowing them to increase market share.
Please join us for our first Business Booster event for 2023 where we will be giving you some practical ideas and direction about how best to save some of your well-earned dollars, preserve your cash deposits and manage the cashflow within the business. .Advivo's Charity of the Month
