Stephanie started with Advivo March of 2019 as a member of our Support team and has progressed into the role as Practice Manager. She is a passionate, customer focused member of the Advivo team with a commitment to ongoing professional development.

Stephanie brings with her a wealth of experience from her previous roles, which have given her the skills and confidence to tackle the variety of tasks that are presented as the Practice Manager. With 7 years of call centre experience, she was able to develop thorough troubleshooting and problem-solving skills which have been valuable in supporting our clients and team.

Her professional and witty attitude compliments our team culture and has enabled her to easily interact and form bonds with staff, clients, and providers.
