It is Trevor’s fascination with business that has brought his journey to the point of Managing the Advivo Innovation Commercialisation Partners (Advivo ICP) arm of the Advivo Group. Trevor has built his own businesses, franchise system, worked in the Private Equity space, corporate advisory and has been consulting and advising business owners for almost twenty years. In that time, particularly over the last six years, disruptive technologies, business models and products has led Trevor to evolve a significant global network of experts while building his own competencies in disruption theory and of course in commercialising business opportunities. With supplier / manufacturing partners in Asia, Technical Development partners, data analytic providers, lawyers with particular expertise, branding and marketing specialists, venture capitalists and debt funders, Trevor has developed a refined process based on Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and Lean Start Up Methodologies that uses science to mitigate risk, time and investment in validating (or invalidating very early) conceptual opportunities. And then, the “how to” in taking the opportunity to global markets.
His passion is in assisting mid-tier firms who are or will be experiencing commercial pain resulting from disruption and/or are recognising the need or opportunity to be proactive in becoming disruptors themselves. Trevor’s project management skills and global network of experts provides him with a generous base to guide Advivo ICP clients through a rapid and valuable experience of innovation and commercialisation.
Whether your aspirations are to grow nationally or internationally, Advivo ICP has the leader and network to guide your through the minefield of commercialisation. Please feel free to contact Trevor to discuss your vision and business opportunities.
