This event has now ended. We had a very insightful discussion with our event hosts, Leon Stephan and Dale Edwards. In the audience, we also had participants present from various relevant industries (banking, legal, marketing) to discuss all that needs to be considered when undergoing a Merger or Acquisition, as well as a client of ours with whom we are currently assisting with the sale of his business and who was able to share his insights on the process.
