Everyone has heard the sentence “Cash is King!” Sadly, good businesses only too often go out of business due to the lack of working capital, the cash needed to make the wheels turn. Sometimes the reasons for failure are more complex, such as lacking the capital to innovate and expand the business, giving competitors an advantage and allowing them to increase market share.
Please join us for our first Business Booster event for 2023 where we will be giving you some practical ideas and direction about how best to save some of your well-earned dollars, preserve your cash deposits and manage the cashflow within the business.
We’ll be discussing a range of topics some of which may include:

- Implementing an effective working budget
- Utilising technology to automate and save money
- Negotiating more favourable terms and managing debtors
- Savings on expenses such as energy costs.
- Minimising waste – time, effort, resources
