Let's Celebrate Family Businesses
With September upon us, it’s time to celebrate family businesses and the contributions they make to the Australian economy. In particular, September 19th marks National Family Business Day, which is why we have centred this newsletter around this topic.
We have penned a number of informative blogs that touch on various topics relating to the intricacies of owning and operating a family business. Advivo Partner, Chris Morris, outlines the keys to a successful family business. We also explain the importance of putting in place a robust succession plan. Furthermore, we explain how you can take stock of the first quarter of the financial year, and how Advivo educates and empowers the businesses we work for. Small businesses are the heart and soul of Advivo, so we’re thrilled to be able to provide them with the tools to thrive and grow. Before I sign off, I also wanted to thank everyone who attended our August Business Booster Event; Forecasting & Ensuring the Success of Your Business. Myself, Chris and Dale all shared some important tips and skills to ensure you get the most out of your forecasting processes. This topic is still very apt for this month’s newsletter topic, so I suggest that you click here to view the recording, if you haven’t done so yet. If you have any questions about what we can do for you and your small business, please don’t hesitate to reach out.Kind Regards,
