Registered Tax Agent Disclosure Requirements

Advivo Accountants and Advisors Pty Ltd is a Registered Tax Agent and it and its directors and employees are required to comply with the Tax Agent Services Act 2009 and associated legislative instruments  (TASA Rules).

One of the requirements of this legislation is that we make our clients and prospective clients aware of ours and their obligations under this law.

These include:

• Information about how to locate and search the register of tax practitioners
• How to make a complaint to the TPB
• General information about rights, responsibilities, and obligations
• Prescribed events within the last 5 years
• Registration subject to conditions
