A message from our Managing Partner,
August is already here, and the team at Advivo is well underway with 2026 financial year financial statements and tax returns.
Over the coming weeks, we’ll continue working with clients to gather the information needed to prepare their returns and financial statements. If you hear from our team, it simply means we are getting the process moving and making sure we have what we need to complete your work accurately and efficiently.
We are also continuing to keep a close eye on the Federal Budget changes. There are a number of proposed measures that may affect business owners, investors, family groups and those with more complex structures. As more detail becomes available, and all legislation is passed we will continue to provide practical updates and guidance on what these changes may mean for you and any action recommended.
This month, we are also pleased to share an update from Voice for Victims. It’s now been close to six months since we announced our partnership with the charitable organisation, and we’re proud to continue supporting the important work they do. In this edition, Voice for Victims shares more about the progress being made, the role of recent funding support and the impact of their ongoing advocacy.
With August also bringing Ekka season here in Queensland, we wanted to take a moment to acknowledge our primary producers and the important contribution they make to our communities, our economy and our everyday lives.
Kind Regards,
Leon Stephan
Managing Partner
