We all are experiencing difficulties with finding good people at the moment, so this next Business Booster event will focus on what we can do to weed out the best people and entice them to join our businesses. We will also discuss, when we find that perfect team member, how we can engage them without paying over the odds. Then given the employment landscape, what we can do to retain current staff, keep them engaged, happy and working to optimum performance without burnout.
Please join us for our final Business Booster Event for 2022 where we will be having a panel discussion with Kim Acworth, from Acworth Recruitment and Darrin Drew from Business360. This will be a highly interactive event, where participants will have to opportunity to ask questions to people who are working in Recruitment and HR.
This event will be majorly driven by participant engagement, but we will be discussing the broader topics of Staff Retention and Recruitment. Kim and Darrin will be sharing advice about how to keep the staff and how to recruit new talent in this competitive space.
